2.Steam drum cooling water changes from production process water to pure water
Due to its high hardness,the drum cooling water used in the production process of caustic soda will scale on the inner wall of the drum after long-term use,affecting the heat transfer effect and making cleaning difficult.However,the cooling water of the drum can be recycled and not consumed too much,so we can all use pure water.This way,there will be no scaling inside the drum,and the heat transfer effect will be improved to a certain extent.This can effectively cool the molten alkali on the outer wall of the drum and reduce the production of alkali dust.
3. The delay program between the unloading plate of the packaging scale and the clamp of the packaging bag should be normal
When the filling amount in the packaging bag reaches the preset weight, the discharge plate should be closed first to allow the remaining alkali dust to fall into the bag as much as possible. After 3 seconds, release the fixture. Lowering the packaging bag at this time can effectively prevent the escape of alkali dust.
4. When operating caustic soda, try to close the observation hole of the equipment as much as possible to prevent alkali dust from leaking out from here.
5. Timely clean and quiet the discharge plate of the packaging scale's discharge outlet
If the unloading plate is not cleaned for a long time, it will stick to a layer, which will cause tight closure and gaps. After cleaning, ensure that the discharge plate is tightly sealed without gaps to prevent alkali dust leakage.
